About Me:
Hello, My name is Cameron San Agustin and I am a fourth year journalism major at SDSU. I have always enjoyed writing and reading and I eventually would like to pursue a career in music or investigative journalism. My goal for JMS 430 is to get more comfortable with media as a whole. I am not the most tech-savvy person and since the field of journalism is constantly evolving I would like to sharpen my skills in order to adapt.
Outside of my pursuit in journalism I am a musician. I have been playing live shows since I was 13 years old. Currently, I play drums for three local bands and have had the opportunity to go on tours up the west coast and through the southwest. Music and writing are intertwined to me, so being able to pursue writing as a career gives me the same gratification as playing music.
